摘  要:基于Voronoi各向异性随机模型,通过引入Voronoi随机系数、壁厚随机度以及相对密度,讨论闭孔泡沫胞体分布的随机性、相对密度以及胞体壁厚的不均匀性对泡沫的弹性性能的影响,并将结果与理论预测结果以及实验值进行对比分析。结果表明,泡沫胞体的形状一定时,相对密度对弹性模量各向异性比、泊松比的影响很小,壁厚随机度的增加对弹性模量起减小作用,但对泡沫的弹性模量各向异性比以及泊松比的影响都很小;当泡沫形状各向异性比一定时,随机系数的增加会引起弹性模量、弹性模量各向异性比以及泊松比的减小。Based on the Voronoi random model for close&cell foam, the effects of model irregularity, relative density and non-uniformity of cell wall thickness on anisotropic elastic properties of close&cell foams were investigated. The results obtained was compared with theoretical predicted results and experimental values. Results indicate when the shape of models are the same, the relative density has a small effect on the Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus anisotropy ratio, the random cell wall thickness has a reducing effect on the anisotropic elastic modulus, but the effects on the Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus anisotropy ratio is very small; the random level of the foam shape has a reducing effect on the elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus anisotropy ratio.
