失地农民教育培训的信息化机制与操作策略

摘　　要：失地农民教育培训引起了社会各界的广泛关注,但现有的教育培训模式没有充分考虑失地农民的分散性、广泛性和多层次性的特征。在借鉴欧美发达国家农村教育信息化经验的基础上,提出了推进失地农民教育培训信息化的新思路,并着重探讨了现有四种失地农民培训模式的信息化机制和操作策略。People from all sectors of society have paid great attentions to the land - lost farmers＇ education and training. But there still exist some ignorance and defects in current training models. For example, they do not adequately take the universality and multilevel nature of land - lost farmers into account. This paper, based on experience of rural education informationization in developed countries, presents new ideas on promoting informationization of land -lost farmers＇education and training. Furthermore, it focuses on exploring the mechanism and operation strategies on training informationization of the four existing training models.
