摘  要:针对双氧水漂白工艺温度高、能耗高等问题,构建了TBCC/MnTACN复配体系,通过桑色素脱色实验及棉织物低温氧漂实验,研究TBCC与MnTACN的协同活化/催化漂白作用。利用紫外可见分光光度计研究了桑色素在H2O2/TBCC、H2O2/MnTACN及H2O2/TBCC/MnTACN这3种氧化体系中的吸收特性,对比各体系的最大反应速率、脱色率及反应速率常数,结果表明:TBCC与MnTACN之间存在明显的协同增效作用。通过针织物低温氧漂实验进一步验证了二者之间的协同作用,在较低浓度下将二者复配即可达到较好的白度,并确定不同浓度下复配的最优比例。Aiming at the problems now existing in conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching such as high temperature and high energy consumption,the combined TBCC/MnTACN bleaching system for cotton fabrics was developed,and the synergistic effect between them in terms of activation and catalytic bleaching was researched by decolorization experiment of morin and low temperature hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton knits.The absorption characteristics of the morin in three oxidation systems(H2O2 / TBCC,H2O2 / MnTACN,and H2O2 / TBCC / MnTACN) were tested using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and their maximum reaction rate,discoloration ratio and reaction rate constant were compared.The results revealed that there was synergistic activation/catalytic effect between TBCC and MnTACN.Further more,the synergistic effect between them had been proved by low temperature hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton knits.Good whiteness could be achieved by TBCC and MnTACN system which was compounded at rather low temperature.The optimum proportions for compounding TBCC/MnTACN in different concentrations were determined.
