连英化浊解毒汤对胃癌前病变环氧合酶2的影响

摘　　要：目的观察连英化浊解毒汤对胃癌前病变(PLGG)患者临床疗效及环氧合酶2(COX-2)的影响。方法将94例PLGG患者随机分为2组,治疗组53例予连英化浊解毒汤口服,对照组41例予胃复春片口服,2组均治疗12周后观察疗效及COX-2表达。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后COX-2表达率与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论连英化浊解毒汤可明显降低COX-2水平,增强机体免疫力,促进PLGG逆转。Objective To investigate the effect of Lianyinghuazhuo Jiedu decoction on cyclooxygenase -2 （ COX - 2 ） in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer （ PLGC ）. Methods 94 cases of PLGC were randomly divided into two groups. 53 cased in treatment group were treated with the Lianyinghuazhuo Jiedu decoction. 41 patients in the control group were treated with Weifuchun tablet. The course was 12 weeks in two groups. COX -2 expression was observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. COX - 2 expression rate after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The decrease in treatment group was obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lianyinghuazhuo Jiedu decoction can significantly reduce COX -2 levels, enhance immunity and eliminate the occur- rence of mutation, promote reversal of precancerous lesions.
