摘  要:在广东商界中,客家商人是一个有着鲜明特征的经商群体。客家方言熟语这一语言现象,体现了客家商人行为模式背后共同的理性观念:重情重义的道德底色,勤俭务实的创业精神及"务本轻末"的价值取向。用现代商业的眼光反思客商群体的观念世界,我们认为它既是客商成功创业的精神基石,同时也是牵制客商继续发展的负累之源。传承精髓,突破局限,是客商发展的现代化出路。In the business circles in Guangdong, the Hakka businessmen are a uniquely characteristic group. By ana- lyzing some Hakka idioms, such ideological senses as "the moral of friendship", "the spirit of diligence" and "the values of fundamentals first" behind the users' behaviors could be detected. From the viewpoint of modern business, the ideolog- ical world of the Hakka businessmen is not only the spiritual cornerstone for the Hakka people's successful business but also the origin of burden in the their business development. The modernized business way out for the Hakka people is to carry on the traditions and break through the restrictions.
