摘　　要：目的:评价肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)联合冷循环微波刀治疗肝癌的效果。方法:对32例肝癌患者采用TACE联合冷循环微波刀治疗,术后随访观察疗效。结果:经TACE联合冷循环微波刀治疗后32例患者中肿瘤结节完全坏死者占87.50%(28/32)。结论:TACE联合冷循环微波刀是肝癌的有效治疗方法。Objective Appraise the treatment effect of the hepatic earcinoma with transcathctcr hepatic arterial chemoembolization （TACE） connect with cold circle microwaves knife. Methods Adopt transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization （TACE） connect with cold circle microwaves knife to treated the 32 examples of hepatic carcinoma patients, follow up to observe curative effect afieroperafion. Results After the treatment of transcathetcr hepatic arterial chcmoembollzation（TACE） connect with cold circle microwaves knife, Tumor nodule completely necrosis account 87.50% （28132）. Conclusion The treatment of transcathctcr hepatic arterial chemocmbolization （TACE） connect with cold eircle microwaves knife is the effectiveness therapeutic method of hepatic carcinoma.
