艾斯能对精神病患者立体定向术后认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾斯能对精神病患者立体定向术后认知功能的影响。方法将2008年3月至2010年3月在我科行立体定向射频毁损术且符合入组标准的精神病患者配对入组,简单随机分为治疗组和安慰剂组,各获42例。治疗组在术后1 w至6个月服用艾斯能。主要观测简易智能状态量表(MMSE),精神患者生活质量量表(SQLS),自编社会功能分级。结果治疗组MMSE总分、定向力及记忆力在术后6个月以后较安慰剂组改善。治疗组SQLS的心理社会维度、动力/精力维度在术后12个月时较安慰剂组改善。在术后12个月时治疗组患者社会功能良好者多于安慰剂组。结论艾斯能可显著改善精神病患者立体定向术后的认知功能。Objective To study the influence of Exelon on the cognitive function of the patients with mental disorder treated by stereotactic neurosurgery.Methods All the patients who accepted the stereotactic neurosurgery at our therapy centre during March 2008 to March 2010 and who fit in the selected standard were included in the study.All the patients were paired and divided randomly into treatment group and placebo group,with 42 in each.In the treatment group Exelon was taken from the first week post-operation to 6 months post-operation.The indices of cognitive function,life qualities and social functions were examined by mini mental state examination（MMSE）,the schizophrenia quality of life scale（SQLS） and self-designed social functions scale.Results The MMSE total points,directive force and the memory of the treatment group had been significantly improved compared with the placebo group at 6 months post-operation.The social-psychological dimension and motive/energy dimension of SQLS of the treatment group were improved compared with those of the placebo group at 12 months post-operation.The improvement of the social functions of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of placebo group at 12 months post-operation.Conclusion Exelon can improve the cognitive function of the patients with refractory mental disorders post-operation dramatically.
