喉鳞状细胞癌中的C-Met与VEGF-D蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察喉鳞状细胞癌组织中C-Met和VEGF-D蛋白的表达活性及其临床病理意义。方法喉鳞癌42例,声带息肉20例,均取其石蜡包埋标本,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测其中的C-Met和VEGF-D蛋白表达活性,并分析其表达水平的临床病理学意义。结果声带息肉标本C-Met蛋白平均OD为4.68±1.98,喉癌组织为11.68±4.20,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且阳性表达水平与临床分期、病理分级及颈淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。同时,VEGF-D表达水平又与C-Met表达水平显著相关(P<0.001)。结论喉癌组织中C-Met与VEGF-D表达活性与喉癌发生发展及转移有密切关系,可以作为喉癌预后判断的参考因素。Objective To investigate the expressive activities of C-Met and VEGF-D in the tissue of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） and their implications in clinical pathology among these cases. Methods Forty two patients with laryngeal SCC were included in the study, with 20 samples of vocal polyp as control. The expressive activities of C-Met and VEGF-D in paraffin-embedded tissue of these two kinds of lesions were assayed by immunohistochemical S-P staining procedures, and then, a comparative analysis was made to explore their implications in clinical pathology. Results The expressive level of C-Met in vocal polyps was 4.68＋1.98, while it was 11.68＋4.20 in laryngeal SCC tissues, with very obvious statistical significance in the difference between these two groups （P〈0.05）. This expressive level was significantly correlated with the clinical pathological features of laryngeal SCC （P〈0.05）, such as clinical staging, pathological grading and lymphatic metastasis. Meanwhile, the expressive level of C-Met was closely correlated with that of VEGF-D （P〈0.001）. Conclusions The expressive activities of C-Met and VEGF-D in the tissue of laryngeal SCC were closely related with the initiating, developing and metastasis of laryngeal cancer, and can be taken as helpful reference factors for prognostic evaluation of cases with laryngeal SCC.
