摘 要:目的探讨河南地区不同宫颈病变组织中人类乳头瘤状病毒(human papillomaviruses,HPV)感染的型别分布情况。方法选取宫颈癌组织标本64份,宫颈上皮内瘤变组织标本87份,应用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片分型技术(HybriMax)对不同程度宫颈病变组织DNA进行HPV检测分型。结果 151份不同程度宫颈病变组织中HPV感染亚型从高到低排在前8位依次为HPV16,58,18,31,6,52,33,11;其中单一型别感染占72.8%(110/151),且随病变程度加重单一感染比例逐渐增加,多重感染占27.2%(41/151),且随合并感染型别增加多重感染比例逐渐下降,其中二重感染比例下降趋势明显,各级别组间HPV型别分布比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同程度子宫颈病变感染HPV的优势亚型不同。Objective To approach the distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection types in cervical lesions tissues in Henan.Methods A total of 151 cases of cervical lesion tissues in different degrees were collected,in which 64 cases were cervical carcinoma tissues and 87 were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) tissues.The HybriMax technique was used to detect and type HPV in the DNA of these different tissues.Results The HPV subtypes in 151 cases of different degrees of cervical lesions tissues from high to low infection rate were HPV16,58,18,31,6,52,33 and 11 respectively.The single subtype infection accounted for 72.8%(110/151) and mixed infections accounted for 27.2%(41/151).The infection rate of single subtype increased gradually along with the severity degree of cervical lesions,while mixed infection rate decreased gradually.The trend of dual infection was particularly evident.There was a significant difference in the distribution of different types of HPV between groups(P0.05).Conclusion The HPV subtypes in different degrees of cervical lesions tissues are different.
