摘　　要：图书馆知识共享战略规划是为了实现图书馆知识共享以及解决图书馆在实现知识共享过程中存在的问题,而确定图书馆使命、愿景、目标、战略及其实施计划的思维过程与框架。战略规划应规定图书馆知识共享的长期目标和近期目标,以决定图书馆知识共享的发展方向。规划要符合当今时代图书馆发展的潮流,对图书馆的未来发展起着关键的作用。In order to help realize the knowledge sharing among libraries and solve the relevant problems occurring in the process of the knowledge sharing, this paper tries to provide the framework of the strategic planning of library knowledge sharing, in which the library mission, vision, targets, strategies and implementation plans are established. It works out the long-term and short-term goals so as to determine the development direction of the library knowledge sharing. The strategic planning should conform to the trend of the modern era and play a key role in the future development of libraries.
