摘 要:分析了目前医患纠纷产生的成因、特点、危害、制约因素等,提出了医患纠纷的防范对策及建议:由国家为主导从制度层面上进行防范,完善医疗事故处理法规,建立健全第三方调解机制;以医院为核心从诊疗的环节上进行防范,建立正确的医患关系、狠抓规章制度的落实、提高医疗技术水平和提高处理医患纠纷的能力,从而构建和谐的医患关系。The article analyzes the causes, features, hazards, constraints of medical disputes and so on, and puts forward preventive countermeasures and suggestions. Those are: protecting against from the system level by country, perfecting the medi- cal accident regulations establishing and perfecting the third party mediation mechanism, protecting against it from diagnosis and treatment of links, in which hospital as the core, establishing the correct the doctor -patient relationship, vigorous promoting the implementation of rules and regulations, improving the medical technology level and ability of dealing with medical disputes, so as to construct the harmonious doctor - patient relationship.
