高压氧综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧（hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效，探讨治疗溃疡性结肠炎安全有效的方法。方法经患者知情同意，276例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组（135例）和HBO治疗组（HBO组，141例）。对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶；HBO组除口服柳氮磺胺吡啶外，另给予HBO治疗；2组均治疗8周。分别于治疗第2、4、8周观察2组的临床症状及内镜外观改善情况。结果HBO组显效率、总有效率分别为84．4％和100．0％，明显高于对照组的44．4％及76．3％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HBO联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效迅速、显著，不良反应少。Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） coupled with sulfasalazine on ulcerative colitis, and to investigate safe and effective methods for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Two hundred and seventy-six cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the control group receiving only sulfasalazine （135 cases） for 8 weeks and the HBO group （141 cases） treated with HBO combined with sulfasalazine for 8 weeks. Observations were made on the improvement of clinical symptoms and outward appearance under the endoscope in the 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks respectively. Results Significant effective rate and total effective rate for the HBO group accounted for 84. 4% and 100%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group （44.4% and 76.3% ）. There were statistical significance between the two group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions HB0 coupled with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis could produce quicker and more significant results, and with fewer side-effects.
