摘 要:桑叶是我国药食两用的传统中药。黄酮类化合物是桑叶的主要活性成分之一,具有降血糖、降血压、防止动脉硬化、抗衰老、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒等多种药理作用和生物活性。对国内外近年来对桑叶黄酮类化合物的提取工艺及其降血糖作用机制等多方面进行了归纳总结,结果发现其降糖机制主要与抑制体外蛋白糖基化、抑制双糖酶活性、发挥拟胰岛素作用,及降低过氧化脂质含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性有关。指出桑叶在降血糖药物及功能性食品领域研究开发中的广阔前景,为桑叶资源的合理开发提供了依据和参考。Mulberry leaf is one of the traditional pharmaceutical Chinese herbs. Flavones is a main active ingredient, which has pharmacological action and biological activities as lowering blood glucose,lowering blood pressure, avoiding ar- teriosclerosis, anti - ageing, antibiosis, anti - inflammatory, antivirus and so on. The research progress on the flavonoids" extraction process and mechanism of action in lowering blood glucose of the mulberry leaves in recent years both at home and abroad is summarized, finding out its'major mechanism processed of lowering blood glucose connected to inhibiting the glycosylation of exosomatic protein, the activity of disaccharidase, expressing insulin like liveness, reducing the contents of low peroxide value and improving the liveness of surperoxide dismutase (SOD). It pointed out a bright vista of researching and developing the mulberry leaves'flavonoids of hypoglycemic and funcitionality drugs manufacture area, then providing an appropriate basis and reference for us to exploit the mulberry leaves resources reasonably.
