摘 要:目的应用自适应光学技术探讨不同Zernike组分高阶像差对人眼视锐度的影响。方法在暗室内,通过自行研制的自适应光学高阶像差验配与视觉分析系统进行高阶像差的矫正与叠加,6名(6眼)正常被试者散瞳后,在6mm孔径下全矫像差,并在全矫的基础上叠加彗差、三叶草及球差,测量视锐度。结果 6名被试者矫正全眼像差后,残余像差均<0.05μm,视锐度平均提高了0.075logMAR。叠加不同量(0.10μm、0.30μm、0.50μm、-0.10μm、-0.30μm、-0.50μm)三叶草、彗差及球差后,随着叠加量的增加,视锐度逐渐下降,其中球差对视锐度的影响最为明显。除负向球差以外,均方根值为0.10μm的正向球差、彗差及三叶草叠加于人眼后,视锐度下降均<0.100logMAR。结论在主导高阶像差中,球差对人眼视锐度的影响最明显,其次为彗差和三叶草。较小量的主导高阶像差对人眼视锐度影响小。Objective To evaluate the effects of different Zernik high-order aberrations on visual acuity by adaptive optics technique. Methods In darkroom,with the self-made adaptive optics system,the vision acuity was assessed with 6 mm pupil in six subjects under different conditions of correcting all aberration,and induced the coma,trefoil and spherical aberration after all aberrations were corrected. Results After all aberrations were corrected,the residual aberration was lesser than 0.05 μm,the mean vision acuity was improved 0.075 logMAR.Visual Acuity deteriorated gradually when coma,trefoil and spherical aberration were induced in different value (0.10 μm,0.30 μm,0.50 μm,-0.10 μm,-0.30 μm,-0.50 μm)and direction,especially spherical aberration.Visual acuity deterioration was less than 0.100 logMAR after aberrations were induced of 0.10 μm,except negative spherical aberration. Conclusion Spherical aberration is more detrimental to visual performance than coma and trefoil.There is a slight effect on visual acuity when RMS of aberration is on a low level.
