摘　　要：新经济增长理论和新贸易理论都认为,知识溢出和经济增长有密切的联系。本文在国内外关于影响知识溢出效应的因素研究基础上,将影响因素分为内部因素和外部因素,内部因素是指知识溢出效应主体及客体本身的影响因素,外部因素是指知识溢出效应主体与客体之外的因素,外部因素的作用构成了知识溢出效应的外部环境。并且利用相关经济函数对产业知识溢出效应影响因素进行了经济分析。New economic growth theory and new trade theory are considered that knowledge outflow and economic growth are linked closely. Base on the factors research which influences the knowledge spillover effect at home and abroad, the paper divides the influence factors into internal and external factors. Internal factors mean the subject and object of knowledge spillover effect itself, while the external is the factors except subject and object of knowledge spillover effect itself. Their functions constitute the external environment of knowledge spillover effects taking some economic function to analysis these factors.
