摘　　要：运用技术转移链理论和结构方程方法,根据调查问卷及面板数据的统计结果,对产业内的技术投入要素贡献率作实证检验和分析,并通过行业与区域间两方面的比较,进而提出相应的政策建议。The paper, by technology - transfer chain theory, measures and analyezs the contribution rate of high - tech industry technical input, then it finds the differences between industries and regions. Finally the paper gives some policy suggestions.
