摘　　要：通过运用交易成本理论对比公有孵化器和私有孵化器交易成本的差别,分析以色列孵化器私有化演变的合理性,并结合我国科技孵化器发展的实际情况,提出以色列孵化器私有化模式对我国科技孵化器发展的启示和政策建议。Based on the theory of transaction cost economies, this paper compares the differences of public and private incubators, explores the rationality and its implications of the privatization process in Israel, and proposes the policy recommendations for technology incubators in China.
