摘　　要：通过对企业间知识共享过程与信息传递过程的对比分析,得出"企业间知识共享的运行过程实质上就是企业间有关知识的信息传递过程"的结论。从信息传递的视角揭示企业间知识共享过程的运行机理,即,企业间的知识共享过程是按照信息传递过程的机制运行的,应在企业间知识共享过程中注意信息传递过程一般原则的运用。The paper contrasts the process of inter - firm knowledge sharing and that of information transfer and comes to the conclusion that the process of inter --firm knowledge sharing is in essence the process of inter - firm information transfer concerning knowledge. Then, it reveals the operating mechanism of inter-firm knowledge sharing from the perspec- tive of information transfer. The process of inter - firm knowledge sharing operates according to the mechanism of process of information transfer. Therefore, the general principles of information transfer should apply to inter - firm knowledge sharing.
