摘 要:[目的]提高4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂在水中的分散性能。[方法]以乳化剂、润湿分散剂、温度为影响因素,测定了不同因素下的粒径、电势、黏度,并比较了油悬浮剂在水中的分散性及悬浮率。[结果]乳化剂VO/02N与NP-10以5∶1的比例复配,分散剂GY-NDS添加量为1.5%制得的油悬浮剂在温度为35℃的水中的分散性能最好。[结论]选择适当的分散剂及乳化剂,以降低油悬浮剂的粒径及黏度,控制水的温度,可有效提高4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂在水中的分散性能。[Aims] The dispersibility of nicosulfuron 4% oil flowable concentrate in water was improved. [Methods] Taking emulsifiers, dispersants and temperature as influencing factors, the particle size, potential and viscosity under different conditions were measured, and the dispersibility and suspensibility in water were compared. [Results] The nicosulfuron 4% OF which was made by VO/02N and NP-10 with the ratio of five to one, and GY-NDS (1.5%) had the best dispersibility in the water at 35℃. [Conclusions] Appropriate dispersant and emulsifier could to reduce the oarticle size and viscosity of nieosulfilron4% OF and improve its dispersibility with suitable water temperature.
