摘 要:管理人员所面临的是一个随机多变的环境,环境变化已使传统的职位分析方法很难满足新条件所提出的新要求,在此背景下,基于胜任力的人力资源管理模式提供了解决问题的全新视角。文章阐述了岗位胜任力的定义及其特征,剖析了管理者的通用胜任特征模型,并对农业科研单位中层管理者的岗位胜任要求及其与绩效的关系进行了分析,提出了农业科研单位中层管理者的岗位胜任特征模型。Administrative supervisors are confronted with a stochastic changeable environment, and the environmental variation has caused traditional position analysis method to be very difficult for the new demand which satisfies the new condition. Under this background, human resources management pattern based on the competency provided a brand-new angle of view. In this article, connotation and character of post competency was described and a model of common post competency of manager was analyzed. Relationship between post competency requirement of middle managers in agricultural scientific research institutions and achievements was analyzed. A model of post competency character of middle managers in agricultural scientific research institutions was proposed.
