摘  要:对以淀粉或羧甲基纤维素为原料,用丙烯酸进行接枝共聚得到高吸水性树脂作了介绍。将丙烯酸用氢 氧化钠部分中和,然后与淀粉或羧甲基纤维素共混,用水溶性的过硫酸铵做引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺做交联 剂,在一定的反应温度下得到了不同吸水能力的高吸水性树脂;找到了吸水能力与天然高分子加入量之间的关系。 以淀粉和羧甲基纤维素为原料的产物的最高吸水能力分别为 108g·g-1及 152g·g-1,是一种良好的吸水剂。Super absorbent resin was obtained by taking starch or carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as the primary raw ma terial and using acrylic acid to copolymerize . The acrylic acid was partly neutralized by sodium hydroxide, then mixed with starch or CMC,with the water - soluble persulfuric amide as initiator and N, N - methylene diacrylamide as the cross - linking agent, so the super absorbent resin with different water absorption power was obtained at constant temperature. The relationship between water absorption power and the content of the natural high molecular material was found. The highest water absorption pewer of the product with starch was 108g' g-1,and that of the product with CMC was 152g· g-1. They are good polymer materials with high water absorption power.
