摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期乳腺癌病理特点。方法对我院2001—2011年收治的5例妊娠期乳腺癌的临床资料进行分析。结果本组病理分型均为高级别浸润性导管癌,伴腋窝或锁骨上淋巴结转移。免疫组化呈ER、PR、cerbB-2低表达。结论妊娠期乳腺癌是特殊类型乳腺癌,高淋巴结转移率及免疫组化非激素依赖型均提示预后较差。Objective To explore the clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer in pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with breast cancer in pregnancy from 2001 to 2011 in our hospital were analyzed.Results All the pathological types were high-ranking invasive ductal carcinoma combined with axillary or supraclavicular lymphadenectasis,and immunohistochemistry showed low expression of ER,PR and cerbB-2.Conclusion Breast cancer in pregnancy is a special kind of breast cancer.High risk rate of metastasis to the lymph nodes and non-hormone dependence of immunohistochemistry results indicate a poor prognosis.
