双氯芬酸钠滴眼液促进糖尿病视网膜病变患者瞳孔散大的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究双氯芬酸钠滴眼液促进糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者瞳孔散大的作用。方法将双眼糖尿病视网膜病变程度相近的患者90例180只眼分为两组，对照组单纯使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳，实验组加用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液散瞳，比较两组的差别。结果实验组平均瞳孔散大面积（35．89±1．13）mm2明显大于对照组（28．56±1．16）mm2，差异有统计学意义（f=6．20，P〈0．001）。结论复方托吡卡胺联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液能有效促进DR患者瞳孔的散大，为DR诊断、治疗和临床观察提供了有利条件。Objective To study the promotive effect of diclofenac sodium on dilation of pupils in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods The control group received compound tropicamide eye drops. The experimental group received 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops besides the com- pound tropicamide eye drops. The differences of pupil areas before and after dilation in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the differences of pupil areas before and after dilation （mm2） in the experimental group were significantly higher （35.89±1.13 vs. 28.56±1.16, P 〈0.001）. Conclusions Combining with Diclofenac Sodium eye drops, compound tropicamide eye drops are easy to dilate the pupil of DR.
