摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下经筛人路治疗筛窦源性眶良性肿瘤的简易性、安全性及治疗效果。方法对筛窦源性眶良性肿瘤患者60例采用鼻内窥镜下经筛入路治疗，并设置对照组（行内眦部联合鼻侧皮肤切开肿瘤取出术）60例：观察眼球突出等恢复情况，对比观察患者术前术后视力、手术时间长短等情况。结果与对照组比较，术后各项观察指标结果满意，术中术后均未见并发症发生。结果经统计学分析，两组比较有明显统计学意义。结论此术式简单易行，安全性好，它解决了目前困扰眼科医生在治疗筛窦源性眶良性肿瘤的困惑。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect, safety and simple about surgery of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal through ethmoidal under endoscope. Methods Sixty cases of or- bital benign tumor originated ethmoidal received surgery through ethmoidal under endoscope,the clini- cal effect of treatment group was compared with the effect of control group （eanthus combined na- sal skin incision within tumor removal surgery, 60 cases）. The projecting degree of eyeball and the vision before and after operation and the time of operation were observed. Results The results of experimental group compared with the effect of control group were satisfied. None of the patients un- dergoing endoscopic surgery had significant complications. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The surgery of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal through ethmoid- al under endoscope is a safe, simple and valuable way. It solves the question of ophthalmology doc- tor about treatment of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal.
