先天性特发性水平眼球震颤伴斜视21例手术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析先天性特发性水平眼球震颤的手术治疗效果。方法收集自2009年1月至2011年1月先天性冲动型眼球震颤伴斜视病例21例，既往无眼外伤史和眼部手术史，男15例，女6例，年龄8～25岁。手术方法采用Parks法联合斜视矫正术。结果21例患者术后原在位双眼同时视视力均提高2行或2行以上；18例患者头位面转角完全矫正，3例存在15。以内的面转角，其中2例欠矫，1例过矫。19例眼位正位，1例欠矫，1例过矫。结论对于伴有头位和斜视先天性水平性冲动型眼球震颤患者，手术治疗是首选，可以有效地提高视力，改善头位，同时矫正斜视。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of surgery of idiopathic congenital nys- tagmus patients with horizontal deviation. Methods A retrospective study of 21 congenital nystag- mus patients with horizontal deviation was reviewed. Male were 15 cases,female were 6 cases,and age was from 5 to 25 years old. Parks method combined with Squint correction was performed. Results Visual acuity were improved more than 2 lines .than before in all cases. The compensatory head posture in 18 patients was disappeared and improvement was seen in 3 patients. The horizontal deviation in 19 patients was disappeared and improvement was seen in 2 cases. No complications were present in all patients. Conclusions The operation correction of genital nystagmu can not on- ly improve visual acuity,but also correct compensatory head posture and strabismus.
