摘 要:目的比较不同的银汞粘接剂修复根面龋的充填体边缘细菌学和微渗漏情况。方法将制备洞型后的100颗离体牙按随机数字表法分为5组(银汞充填组、树脂加强型玻璃离子联合银汞合金组、玻璃离子组、全酸蚀粘接剂联合银汞合金组、自酸蚀粘接剂联合银汞合金组)材料充填,进行细菌培养并菌落计数,染色法观察微渗漏,并进行统计学分析。结果 5组材料的细菌学和微渗漏实验结果间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),树脂加强型玻璃离子组细菌数量和微渗漏显著少于其他组,其次分别为全酸蚀粘接剂组、自酸蚀粘接剂组、玻璃离子组,银汞合金组则最为严重。结论用树脂加强型玻璃离子作银汞合金粘接修复的粘接剂能更有效地预防继发龋和充填物脱落。Objective To compare the abilities of different adhesive materials to prevent bacteria and microleakage in silver-mercury bonded amalgam restorations of the root surface caries.Methods One hundred isolated teeth with cavity preparation were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 20 teeth in each group filled with 5 different materials(Amalgam,Amalgam resin-modified glass-ionomer cement,glass-ionomer cement,Amalgam total-etch adhesive cement,and Amalgam self-etch adhesive cement).Each tooth was then evaluated the bacteria and microleakage by colony counting and staining.Results There were significant differences in the results of bacteria and microleakage among the 5 groups(P0.05).The Amalgam resin-modified glass-ionomer cement showed the lowest amount of bacteria and incident of microleakage,the highest occurrence was Amalgam,followed by Amalgam total-etch adhesive cement,Amalgam self-etch adhesive cement and glass-ionomer cement.Conclusion Resin-modified glass-ionomer cement can well prevent secondary caries and filling material from being broken off.
