摘  要:为提高调焦机构的调焦精度和可靠性,设计了一种调焦机构,其主要由双步进电机、丝杠螺母、直线导轨、直线电位计和限位机构组成。文中具体给出了该机构的组成结构,分析并验证了机构的调焦精度,其中双步进电机驱动形式和新限位措施的采用提高了整个机构的可靠性。实验结果表明该机构的调焦精度优于0.01mm,且可靠性得到了很大提高。For the purpose of improving the precision and reliability of the focusing mechanism, a new structure is de- signed and discussed in this article.The new structure mainly consists of dual stepping motor, feed screw nut, linear guide track, linear potentiometer and position-limit mechanism.The idiographic physical design is given and the control precision is analysised in the article.The application of the dual stepping motor and the new position-limit method can improve the reliability of the whole mechanism.The experimenl results prove that the control accuracy of this new mech- anism is limited in 0.01mm and its reliability is improved distinctly.
