摘　　要：针对国际上对我国高新技术转移出现了回溯式创新的新情况,进行了运用风险的提示性分析;指出高新科技的引入与应用存在不可忽略的安全风险性及其深刻的教训;客观地显示出我们当今内生式的自主创新的重要与迫切性。When the new situation that appeared back-type innovation to our high and new technology transfer in the world, this paper analyzed the risk of the application. The security risks are not ignored and the lessons are profound, with the high and new technology introducing and applying. Endogenous-type independent innovation is important and urgent.
