复方茶多酚膜剂治疗糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方茶多酚膜剂对2型糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例2型糖尿病并发慢性牙周炎患者采用区组随机化分组法随机均分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础治疗上加用复方茶多酚膜剂辅助治疗,观察用药前,用药第4、8周时的牙周临床指标(菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊深度、附着丧失)。结果:用药后第4、8周2组患者牙周临床指标均有显著改善(P<0.05),且试验组牙周临床指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:复方茶多酚膜剂可以明显改善糖尿病患者牙周基础治疗后的疗效。OBJECTIVE： To investigate clinical efficacy of Compound tea polyphenols film for periodontitis in type 2 diabetic patients. METHODS： 72 type 2 diabetic patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and divided into 2 groups. 36 patients in experimental group were treated with compound tea polyphenols film besides conventional treatment, while 36 patients in control group received conventional oral treatment only. Periodontal index （PLI、GI、 PD、 AL） were observed before treatment and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. RESULTS： The periodontal indexes of 2 groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment were improved significantly（P〈0.05）, and the changes of experimental group were superior to control group. There was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was no significant ADR found in both group. CONCLUSION： Compound tea polyphenols film might improve therapeutic efficacy of periodontal base treatment in diabetic patients significantly.
