摘  要:针对齿轮断齿故障的非平稳、非线性特征,利用希尔伯特-黄变换非常适合处理非平稳、非线性信号的特点,首先对信号进行经验模态分解,获得一系列本征模函数,然后对本征模函数作希尔伯特变换,获得希尔伯特谱,通过对某厂齿轮箱断齿信号分析,很好地提取出了断齿故障特征,并能够确定断齿的严重性和数量,对于工程实际中齿轮故障的诊断具体明显的实际意义。According to the nonstationarity and nonlinearity of the broken teeth fault of gear,the Hilbert-Huang transform is employed.Firstly,the a series of Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMFs) are obtained by the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD)method.Secondly,the Hilbert transform is executed to every IMF,and the Hilbert spectrum is obtained.The method is applied into the analysis on the gear fault signal of factory and the characters of the broken teeth fault are extracted,furthermore,the number of the broken teeth and their severity are forecasted.The results show that the presented method is beneficial to the diagnosis of gear faults in field practice.
