摘　　要：乳腺癌的发生和进展是一个多种基因参与调解的复杂过程。Twist基因是胚胎发育过程中的重要转录因子，近期研究发现Twist基因的过度表达可诱导上皮细胞向间质细胞转换（EMT），促进乳腺癌细胞的增殖和侵袭，与乳腺癌的复发和转移密切相关。另有研究证实Twist基因在乳腺癌中的表达对评估乳腺癌患者的预后及指导临床个体化治疗有重要意义。There are multiple genes involved in the progress of evolution in breast cancer. Recent study showed that Twist gene may play key role in promoting tumor growth, invasion and metastasis through the epithelial-mesenchymal transition （EMT）. Other studies also demonstrated that Twist gene expression may be associated with patient outcomes and guiding clinical tailored therapies
