摘　　要：分析了重庆石油高等专科学校在办学方面具备的优势和尚存在的不足,以及目前面临的机遇和桃战。认为该校应当抓住机遇,充分发挥自身优势,进一步挖掘内部潜力,坚持自主办学;同时加强校际联合,争取优势互补,以促进学校超常规发展。In this article,the advantages and deficiencies of Chongqing Petroleum College in running the school are analyzed as well as the opportunities and challenges it is facing at present.A conclusion is reached that our college should seize the opportunity,give full play to its advantages,make full use of its internal poten- tial and insist on running it independently.Meanwhile,our college should strengthen its cooperation with other colleges and try to benefit from each other's advantages so as to advance the development of our college.
