从德治与法治的视角论现代武德教育实践

摘　　要：传统武德兼有教化伦理与生活伦理的双重精神及价值取向,儒家仁学思想构成了传统武德的德目及道德核心,现代武德在传统武德的基础上,更注重道德教育的实践。从德育与规范教育、德治与法治的秩序、行内自觉德治与法治教育等不同层面对现代武术德育过程中的德治及法制关系进行了分析,认为竞技武术领域的"武德为先"结合法治的德育教育模式是一种策略性的德育实践,现代武术武德教育实践过程中,德治与法治两者不可偏废。武术伦理道德教育必然会面临一系列的革新;法治是现代武德教育有力手段,只有自觉的德治与强制的法治相结合,武德教育才是可行的。Traditional Morality of Wushu enjoy double spirit and value orientation of euhivated ethics and lite ethics, which centering on Confucius＂ benevolence thought. Based on traditional martial virtue, modern martial virtue pay more attention to the practice of moral education. This paper offers an analysis of the relationship between the rule by virtue and the rule by law in the process of modern moral education of Wushu from different aspects which include moral education and modern be- havioral norms, the order of the rule by virtue and the rule by law and inner conscientious moral and law education and consider that the moral education model that ＂Wu de first＂ associated with the rule by law in the competitive martial arts field is a strategic moral practice . In the modella martial virtue education process. The rule by virtue is as important as the rule by law. The martial virtue education must be faced a series of innovations. As the rule by law is the powerful method of modern martial virtue education. The education of Morality of Wushu can be feasible only to be associated the self- conscious rule by virtue with forcible rule by law.
