清末民初回族新闻界国民外交考察——从《醒回篇》到《月华》

摘　　要：在清末民初的国民外交运动中,新闻界不断努力拓展渠道。1908年第一份回族报刊《醒回篇》的创办便处于国民外交的背景下,成立于日本东京的留东清真教育会是报刊的依托团体。社会团体在回族报刊从产生到辉煌起到了重要作用,在民族危难之际,成为回族新闻界活跃于国际舞台的依托,也是开展国民外交的重要策源地和活动中心。In national diplomatic activities of the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, the media constantly strove to expand channels. In 1908 the first newspaper of the Hui nationality, Xinghuipian, was established in Japan in Tokyo under the circumstance of national diplomacy. It was dependent on the Islamic Education Association established by the Chinese students in Japan. Such a social group played an important role in the establishment and flourish of Hui media. At a time of national crisis, it provided a stage for the Hui media to be active in the international scene, and it was a key source of the national diplomatic activities.
