摘　　要：微创这一新的概念的提出,标志着外科领域走向了新时代。随着微创概念的进一步推广,微创技术逐渐扩展到医学的各个学科,从而也衍生出各种微创器械的研发和应用,近几年在口腔外科也迅速发展,并将微创技术从单一的拔牙迅速发展到牙槽外科的各个领域。本文将详细介绍微创技术在牙及牙槽外科中的应用,为今后制定标准化的微创技术打下基础。The emergence of minimally invasive technique makes the surgery enter into a new era. With the further pro-motion of the concept of minimally invasive, minimally invasive technology gradually extended to all disciplines of medicine, which also spawned the development and application of various minimally invasive devices. Minimally invasive techniques developed rapidly from a single tooth extraction to various areas of the alveolar surgery. This article introduced the development and application of minimally invasive techniques to the tooth and alveolar surgery in detail, and paves the way to the standardization of minimally invasive techniques for the future.
