不同垂直骨面型的颅底形态特征研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同垂直骨面型的颅底形态,探索其规律性。方法选取2008年10月至2010年12月在中国医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的错患者69例,分为高角型22例、均角型24例、低角型23例。对所有患者X线头颅侧位片进行颅底相关项目测量。结果不同垂直骨面型的颅底角、蝶鞍角、颅基底角从低角型到均角型再到高角型依次增大;后颅底平面角、颅底的有效垂直生长高度从低角型到均角型再到高角型依次减小。高角型患者的后颅底长度最短,颅前基底角最大;而均角型和低角型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同垂直骨面型的颅底结构呈现一定的规律性,颅底的生长参与不同垂直骨面型的形成,尤其后颅底的变化对垂直骨面型的形成贡献更大。Objective Compare the cranial base morphology of different vertical facial types and explore their regularity. Methods The analysis was carried out in 69 patients who were recruited in Department of Orthodontics, Stomatologic al Hospital, China Medical University, from 2008 to 2010, including high angle group of 22 patients （ 12 males and 10 females） , average angle group of 24 patients （11 males and 13 females）and low angle group of 23 patients （14 males and 9 females）. The related data were obtained by measuring their X-rays of cranial bases. Results Cranial base angle, sella angle and cranial base angle increased fi＇om low angle to average angle and to high angle; Ba-S-FH angle and SO-At distance decreased from low angle to average angle and to high angle; in high angle group, the length of the post-cranial base of the high angle was the shortest, and the anterior cranial base angle of high angle increased, there be- ing no significanl statistical difference between the average angle group and the low angle group. Conclusion Different vertical facial types and their skull structures present a certain regularity ; cranial base growth is involved in the formation of different vertical facial types, and especially, post-cranial base is involved in the formation of the different vertical facial types.
