摘　　要：高校管理者应该对此问题加以重视,让贫困生党员为贫困生起模范带头作用。文章认为对贫困生党员不仅在物资方面应予以帮助,更要在精神、心理方面予以支持、关爱;要以马克思主义价值观来引导党员贫困生,使其在高校党建工作中发挥积极作用。University administrators should attach importance to the poor party members to play an exemplary role f or the poor students, poor students party members should be help not only in material terms, but also more in the spiritu al, psychological support, care; the university should guide the party members and poor students according to Marxist values, so that it plays an active role in the party building work in colleges and universities.
