摘 要:以多变量非线性强耦合的双电机同步控制系统为研究对象,针对电流跟踪型SPWM变频器供电的感应电机系统,在a、b静止坐标系下,建立双台电机系统的数学模型。采用单神经元自适应二维PSD控制器,通过反馈抑制了轧辊的扰动和参数差异对控制性能的影响。系统采用非对称双核硬件结构,并引入了硬实时扩展RTX,对多电机同步系统的速度和张力进行解耦控制。实验结果证明了该控制系统在动态性能、稳态性能、跟踪性能方面均优于传统的PID控制器,可以实现系统转子转速和皮带张力的解耦,满足实际生产的要求。The multi-variable of synchronization system of the AC induction rnolors was taken as the sludy object,system of induction motors powered by current-tract SPWM transducers was focused on, and the urged malhemalicai model of the system of two motors depends on α. β static reference was A single neuronadaptive 2-0 PSD controller was adopted to inhibit lhe influences caused by by of the left or right wheels and parameters difference to improve the control performance through feedback. The asymmetric dual-core architecture was used in system, and a hard reai-time extarzsion RTX was introduced,to perform the decoupling control of speed and tension of the system. The results of experiment prove that the control system has higher dynamic and status and following performance than the traditional PID. and realize the decoupling control or speed and tension of the system. The control system has good application prospects.
