摘  要:动力蓄电池热管理系统(BTMS,Battery Thermal Management System)对纯电动汽车在各种环境下的动力性有至关重要的影响。通过文献研究分析了锂离子电池工作原理、高温及低温条件下的产热原理,总结目前纯电动汽车用锂离子电池的强化传热措施,并提出了空调制冷中分水冷电池包和风冷电池包的方案,并且说明了集两种热管理方式为一体的热管理系统是未来适合复杂工况的大功率锂离子动力电池热管理的重要研究方向。The power battery thermal management system (BTMS, battery thermal management system) of pure electric vehicles has a crucial impact on operating performance in various environments. The working principle of lithium-ion battery and the principle of heat-producing under high and low temperature was analyzed, the BTMS design principles were summarized, the current heat transfer enhancement measures of lithium-ion battery for electric vehicles were summed up, and the liquid cooling and air cooling with air conditioning and refrigeration for battery themal management was proposed. Two kinds of thermal management in one system were described, which is the important research direction for the extreme conditions in the future.
