摘　　要：服务型领导是近年来领导学和管理学关注的热点问题。自美国学者Patterson于2003年提出比较严谨的服务性领导理论模型以来,该理论模型得到了学术界广泛的关注和进一步的研究。探讨了服务型领导最初的理论模型以及在此基础上演化出的其他服务型领导理论模型的发展过程,可以看出,未来应进一步探索本土化服务型领导模式。Servant leadership has become a hot topic in the area of leadership and management in recent years. The servant leadership model was developed by Kathleen A. Patterson in 2003, the scholastic field is keeping a watchful eye on this theoretical model and research of this model continues. This conceptual paper analyses the initial model of servant leadership and explores the evolutionary process of servant leadership model, and also traces the verifications of servant leadership model. Finally, some recommendations for future research on servant leadership in the Chinese context are discussed.
