摘 要:分析了Cr12MoV钢旋压成形轮早期断裂失效的原因。淬火温度及硬度偏高会使旋压轮的抗弯强度偏低、韧性不足。锻造不充分 ,使Cr12MoV钢中共晶碳化物呈网带状分布 ,粗大共晶碳化物的存在及较高的表面粗糙度会因应力集中而成为裂纹源。这些都是导致旋压轮早期断裂失效的主要原因。适当降低淬火温度及硬度 ,增加锻造比 ,降低旋压轮工作表面粗糙度 。This article analyzes the failure reasons on fracture in early stage for spin forming wheel of Cr12MoV steel.The main reasons of leading to fracture failure in early stage were:(1)Its quenching temperature and hardness were a little of higher,which made the bending strength of spinning wheel lower and its toughness not enough,(2)It was not forged enough,which made the eutectic carbides distribute like net and band.(3)There were coarser eutectic carbides in the steel and higher face roughness on the wheel’s working face,which became source of crackle because of stress concentration.The lifespan of spinning wheel has been increased greatly by reducing its quenching temperture and hardness properly,increasing the ratio of forge and lowering its roughness of the working face.
