摘　　要：工程施工课程是本科院校工程管理专业的一门专业课。如何基于应用型人才的培养目标要求,有效实施工程施工课程的教学,是亟待解决的问题。提出了理论教学实践化途径:运用现代多媒体技术,采用案例教学法,让学生在模拟生产条件下进行历练与认知,实现教学与生产管理的零距离接轨。同时,从教学实践角度出发,提出了有效实施理论教学实践化的几个关键条件。Engineering Construction is a professional course for the undergraduates of engineering managementspecialty. In accordance with the requirement of training target of the applied talents, the effective implementation of teaching Engineering Construction course remains a problem needed to be solved urgently. This paper, using the modern multimedia technology and the case teaching methodology, put forward some practical ways for the theoretical teaching, and let the students gain experience and cognition under the conditions of simulative production so as. to realize the zero distance connection between the teaching and production management. At the same time, the paper put forward several key qualifications for effectively implementing the practical ways of theoretical teaching from the angle of teaching practice.
