摘 要:目的:由维生素D缺乏小鼠模型性激素改变探讨制作肾精不足模型的可行性。方法:运用干扰维生素D合成的两个途径(避光及饮食),制作维生素D缺乏小鼠模型,同时以氢化可的松制作小鼠肾阴虚、肾阳虚模型,观察比较25(OH)D3、睾酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,VD缺乏组25(OH)D3、睾酮、雌二醇降低(P<0.05);与VD缺乏组比较,肾阴虚组、肾阳虚组25(OH)D3、睾酮、雌二醇升高,但均较正常组降低(P<0.05)。结论:维生素D缺乏小鼠模型性激素改变,可以作为肾精不足研究模型。Objective: To discuss the easibility of establishment of the kidney essence deficiency model by sexual hormone changes induced by vitamin D deficiency. Methods: Interference of vitamin D synthesis of two pathways (obstacle light and diet ), to establish of vitamin D deficiency model, at the same time use hydrocortisone making kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency model, compared different group with 25 (OH) D3, testosterone, estradiol and luteinizing hormone. Results: Compared with normal control group, kidney-yang deficiency group and kidney-yin deficiency group, 25 (OH) D3, testosterone and estradiol of vitamin D deficiency mouse model group were decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with normal control group, luteinizing hormone of vitamin D deficiency mouse model group was decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Vitamin D deficiency deficiency mouse model has sex hormone decrease, it can be used as the deficiency of the kidney essence research model.
