摘  要:目的比较用不同极性溶剂提取和大孔吸附树脂分离的芎汤不同部位中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸含量。结果乙酸乙酯提取部位和大孔吸附树脂40%乙醇洗脱部位中阿魏酸含量较高,相较于芎汤的醇提液转移率分别可达83%和74%。结论乙酸乙酯提取和大孔树脂40%乙醇洗脱均可有效富集芎汤提取液中的阿魏酸。Objective To compare the content of ferulic acid (FA) in different extracts of the Xiongqiong decoction separated by different polar solvents and macroporous adsorption resin respectively. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of FA. Results The contents of FA in the part extracted by ethyl acetate and in 40% ethanol elution fraction from macroporous adsorption resin were higher, and the extraction rates from the ethanolic extraction of Xiongqiong decoction was 83% and 74%, respectively. Conclusion FA in ethanolic extraction of Xiongqiong decoction can be enriched effectively by ethyl acetate extraction and by 40% ethanol elution through macroporous adsorption resin.
