摘　　要：目的比较落地生根不同部位多糖提取物的抗氧化能力和抑菌能力的大小。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定其还原能力、羟基及超氧离子清除能力;采用滤纸片法测定其抑菌活性大小。结果与结论落地生根不同部位多糖提取物均有抗氧化能力和抑菌活性。Objective To compare the anti-oxidant and bacteriostasis ability of the polysaccharide extracts of different parts of the Kalanchoe daigremontiana. Methods The reducing capacity and the abilities of eliminating the hydroxide radical and the superoxide anion were measured by UV analysis method, the bacteriostasis ability was measured by filter paper method. Results and Conclusion Polysaccharide extracts of different parts of the Kalanchoe daigremontiana all have anti-oxidant and bacteriostasis ability.
