摘  要:科技查新工作在科研立项、成果评审、产品报奖等工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文对沟通在科技查新(查新)过程中的重要性进行了详细的阐述,对查新委托人的类型进行了总结,并分别有针对性的提出了沟通策略;从查新人员与受理人员的素质培养、沟通方式选择、查新机构中沟通硬件建设和查新宣传力度等角度提出了提高查新沟通效果和效率的方法;并结合长期查新工作的实践经验提出了科技查新沟通模型,细致的描述了查新流程与沟通主体间的对应关系。Science and Technology Novelty Retrieval plays a more and more important role in establishment of items for sci- ence and research, achievement evaluation, products applying for awan:ls and some other works. This paper expounded the im- portance of communication within the process of SS&T novelty retrieval, summarized the type of clients and also targeted put forward the communication strategies. It designed some methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communication in S&T nov- elty retrieval based on the consideration of diathesis cultivation, the choice of communication way, communication hardware con- struction and novelty propaganda. At last, communication model of S&T novelty retrieval was introduced in detail which was in- spired from long- term practical experience.
