六合丹预防5-氟脲嘧啶所致静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨六合丹预防5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法 248例患者随机分为A组123例、B组125例。A组按常规5-FU静滴;B组采用5-Fu静滴前以六合丹外敷。结果对照组发生静脉炎66例(53.65%),治疗组发生静脉炎10例(8.00%),治疗组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在化疗前采用六合丹外敷对5-Fu化疗所致静脉炎有明显的预防作用。Objective To study the effect of Liuhedan,the Chinese medicine,in preventing phlebitis caused by 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy.Methods Random division of 248 patients into two groups,with 123 in Group A and 125 in Group B.Group A follows the routine practice of 5-fluorouracil infusion;Group B adopts external application of Liuhedan prior to the 5-fluorouracil infusion chemotherapy.Results Among the 123 cases in Group A,66 cases,or 53.65 percent,were diagnosed with phlebitis.Among the 125 cases in Group B,only 10 cases,or 8 percent,were diagnosed with phlebitis.Group B＇s ratio of phlebitis contraction wassignificantly lower than Group A,the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Prior chemadopting the nursing measure of external application of Liuhedan can significantly lower the risk of contracting phlebitis caused by 5-fluorouracil infusion chemotherapy.
