摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端骨肉瘤患者行新辅助化疗联合人工肩关节置换术的护理方法。方法便利抽样法选择2000年1月至2011年1月在南京军区南京总医院骨科治疗的21例肱骨近端骨肉瘤患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,并总结护理方法。结果 21例患者随访7～72个月,2例患者出现肿瘤术后复发予以截肢,1例患者发生肩关节脱位,1例患者发生神经牵拉损伤。结论对肱骨近端骨肉瘤患者实施新辅助化疗加人工肩关节置换术是外科治疗的主流,良好的护理和仔细的观察是保证手术的成功、肩关节功能恢复的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing strategy of proximal humerus osteosarcoma patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy and artificial shoulder replacement.MethodsFrom January 2000 to January 2011,the clinical data of 21 patients with proximal humeral osteosarcoma were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing countermeasures were also summarized accordingly.ResultsOf the 21 patients who were followed up for 7-72 months,2 with tumor recurrence and accepted amputation,1 with shoulder dislocation,and 1 with nerve stretch injury.ConclusionThe neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with artificial shoulder replacement for proximal humerus osteosarcoma patients is the mainstream of surgical treatment.Quality nursing and careful observation play a key role in a successful operation and recovery of shoulder function.
