摘　　要：目的探讨培门冬酶治疗急性淋巴细胞性白血病的护理。方法以培门冬酶肌内注射治疗15例急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿。结果出现2例过敏反应,4例肝功异常,8例凝血功能异常,1例低蛋白血症,9例可逆性骨髓抑制。结论应用培门冬酶发生不良反应的概率较高,护理上应做到细致周到的病情观察、及时有效的对症处理,以提高用药的安全性。Objective To explore the nursing methods of pegaspargase therapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia.MethodsIntramuscular injection of pegaspargase was applied to treat 15 children with acute lymphocytic leukemia.ResultsAllergic reaction occurred in 2 children,hypohepatia in 4 children,abnormal function of cruor in 8 children,hypoproteinemia in 1 child,and reversible myelosuppression in 9 children.ConclusionThe incidence of adverse reactions of pegaspargase is comparatively higher.Intensive nursing observation combined with timely and valid allopathy plays a crucial role in improving the security of the medication.
