摘　　要：体育教育是高等教育的重要组成部分之一,在一定程度上决定了高等教育的目标和质量.将全面质量管理理论(TQM)导入高校体育教学质量管理过程,通过分析在高校体育教学过程中,落实并应用全面质量管理的必要性与可行性基础上,提出了全新的基于全面质量管理理论的高校体育教学质量保障体系概念.Sport education is an important part of high school educaion which determines the goal and quality of the high school education.The paper introduces the total quality management into the sport quality management of the high school.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the application of the total quality management,the paper puts forward the total quality management based quality guarantee system of high school sport education.
